Refund & Exchange (Free Giveaways)
We currently offer free giveaways to our new
customers as a limited time store promotion, we regret to inform you that we are unable to issue a refund for these products. Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
Refund& Exchange (Physical Products)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
We are unable to issue a refund/exchange if you have filed for a refund after your item(s) have been shipped.
Upon receiving your item, please write in with the email address you used to make your purchase and your Order ID to firstname.lastname@example.org in the next 48 hours.
Our friendly team will revert with our warehouse address for returns. Do note that we currently only accept returns with a tracking number and it will be absorbed by you.

Refund will not be processed if items are returned after the 30 days timeframe.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within two weeks depending on your card issuer's policies.
Refund & Exchange (Digital Products)
We regret to inform you that we are unable to issue a
refund/exchange on digital products that are being offered as a bonus with our physical product.
However, if you happened to receive a defective item, we will send you a replacement of the same item.

If you have received a defective item, please allow us make it up to you!
Within 30 days from receiving your defective item, please write in with the email address you used to make your purchase and your Order ID to email@example.com.
In cases for defective items, please take a photo of the defective item against original packaging of your parcel (containing your address) for verification purposes.
We will dispatch to you a new piece of the same item within 7 working days (not inclusive of public holidays and weekends).
In the event that the same item is out of stock, we will provide you alternatives of the same value for you to select from.
Via normal shipping conditions, item should reach between 16-28 days. However, it may take longer than
28 days due to peak period, festive season and unforeseen circumstances. We would like to seek for your kind understanding in this matter.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
